We hope everyone will join us at the opening reception Thursday evening after the first slate of sessions. The reception will be held in the Grand Ballroom at the Blackwell Inn from 6:00pm–8:00pm. A shuttle bus will run from the Union to the Blackwell 5:00pm–6:00pm; the shuttle will also run from the Blackwell to the Hilton Garden Inn from 7:30pm–8:30pm.
Light to moderate hors d’oeuvres will be served—antipasto assortment, chicken tenders, spanakopita, and falafel fritters. If you’re in the mood for something sweet, check out the desserts featuring macarons, brownies, dessert bars, and chocolate dipped oreos. Don’t forget to grab a buckeye!
Lemonade and iced tea will be provided, but a “cash” bar (credit card only) will also be available.
